Edwin joined the Breezee Hill team in December 2012, after apprenticing for a carpenter in Southern NJ. He has always had a passion for the outdoors and loves working on the farm.
Edwin married his best friend, Carolina, in August 2011. Together they enjoy running, biking, and snowboarding, and where better to do that than the beautiful setting of the Delaware Water Gap that surrounds Breezee Hill Farm! Edwin and Carolina attend and are active members of the Christ Baptist Church in Columbia, NJ. In their retirement, the couple plans to move to Honduras to help underprivileged children live safer, happier lives!
Edwin is a big sports fan. His favorite teams are the Giants, Yankees, and Knicks (mostly when they are good!).
